Lost 26 Pounds!
Sixty days ago, facing my 70th birthday, I decided that I needed to be in a lot better physical shape to enjoy my seventies and onward. I stopped into Black Mountain Fitness , the closest gym to my home. I discussed my goals with Blair Malise Roberts, Owner and Certified Personal Trainer and the journey began. Sixty sessions later including 21 structured sessions with Blair – 26 pounds lighter, immensely stronger, feeling great and setting new goals for the next sixty days.
